At The Official SLAM Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
